Cancellation & No-Show Policy ✨ At New Moon Skincare, we completely understand—life happens, and sometimes plans shift. We hold space for that. 💫 That said, this cancellation policy exists to protect the time and energy poured into each service and to ensure the sustainability of this small business. When appointments are missed or canceled last-minute, it affects more than just the schedule—it impacts the flow of the day, the clients on the waitlist, and the livelihood behind the magic. ✨ We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the total service fee. ✨ No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ✨ A 10-minute grace period is offered, but if you arrive later than that, the appointment will be canceled and the full amount will be charged.
