We know life happens — things come up, schedules change, and sometimes the unexpected gets in the way. These policies are here to keep things fair for everyone and to make sure we can continue creating a comfy, cozy, and glowing experience for all of our clients. A deposit is required for every service and will be applied to your appointment total. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will move with your new time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment altogether, the deposit will be forfeited. If you’re unable to make it and don’t call, you’ll have until 8:00 PM the same day to reschedule. After that, the full cost of the missed service will be owed before booking again. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I’ll always do my best to accommodate you — but we may need to shorten your service or reschedule entirely if time doesn’t allow. Intimate services are not available for minors 16 and under. For all minors under 16, a parent or guardian must sign consent forms, and for the very first visit, they’ll need to stay in the room during the entire service. Lastly, all consent and intake forms must be completed before we begin. This ensures your treatment is safe, customized, and magical. Without them, I won’t be able to perform the service.
